How it works
Tell us about the property
Call (813) 751-5732 — one backyard or a 200-home community, the conversation starts the same way: what does the property need, and by when?
Walk-through and written scope
We walk the property, flag what needs attention now versus what can wait, and put it in writing. HOAs and managers get documentation their board can approve from.
The work, on schedule
One crew with its own equipment — bucket truck, grinder, grapple — does the whole scope. No waiting on subcontractors, no half-done phases.
Documented and done
Clean property, itemized invoice, photos on request. Contract clients go on the calendar for the next visit; everyone gets a crew that already knows the property.
What affects the price
No two trees are the same, so every quote is built in person — free, in writing, and exact. Here's what moves the number:
- Scope — a single trim visit, a full-property cleanup, or an annual maintenance contract are priced differently.
- Property size and tree count — priced after a walk-through, not guessed from the street.
- Scheduled vs. one-time — recurring maintenance spreads cost across visits and keeps each visit smaller.
- Documentation needs — COIs, board packets and photo records are all available; just tell us what your board or owner requires.
Honest answers
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes — we maintain trees for communities and commercial properties across Tampa Bay, on schedules or on call. We're used to board approvals, insurance certificates and documented quotes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. We carry liability and workers' comp coverage and provide certificates on request. Never let an uninsured crew climb a tree on your property — if they get hurt, that's on you.
What if your crew damages something on the property?
We own it — same day, face to face, and we make it right, backed by our liability coverage. It rarely comes to that, because the rigging, ground protection and pre-job walk-through exist precisely to protect what's around the tree. Ask this exact question of every contractor you interview; the ones who dodge it are the ones whose 'cheap' quote gets expensive.
How do estimates work?
They're free, in person, and in writing. We walk the property with you, tell you what actually needs doing (and what doesn't), and hand you an exact price. The number we quote is the number you pay — no surprises when the invoice comes.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Tampa Bay: Tampa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Northdale, Tampa Palms and Temple Terrace — covering Hillsborough and Pasco counties. If you're near those areas, call (813) 751-5732 and ask; we can often fit surrounding neighborhoods in.
Can homeowners get on a recurring schedule too?
Absolutely. An annual visit — usually before hurricane season — keeps trees thinned, cleared off the roof and storm-ready, and it's easier on the budget than one big catch-up job every few years. We'll remind you when it's time.
